By participating in the AMSA Lender Expo (“Event”), attendees acknowledge and accept that their participation is voluntary and that there may be inherent risks associated with attending in-person events, including but not limited to potential physical injury or illness. AMS Mortgage Services Inc. and its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other liabilities incurred during the course of the Event.

Attendees further acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and well-being during the Event. AMSA disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur as a result of participation, except where such liability arises from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Additionally, by attending the Event, participants grant AMSA permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, without further compensation or approval.

This disclosure is intended to release AMSA from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. By attending the Event, you signify your agreement to these terms.
